Manuscript cook book in English, written in cursive hand in brown ink on laid paper watermarked with arms of London above monogram ESB and countermark monogram PL (except for first 8 leaves watermarked with lion ("Vryheyt") emblem and countermark crowned monogram GR). 144 leaves. 295x188 mm, contemporary vellum with "Henry Andrewes" lettered in ink on front cover, binding soiled, front joint cracked at top; upper half of one leaf excised.
